The 78th anniversay of D-Day commemoration continues with 1962's "The Longest Day," starring beloved actors Jeffrey Hunter, John Wayne, and Sean Connery, among many others. This movie chronicles the D-Day invasion itself; it was produced by one of the producers of "Tora! Tora! Tora!" and touches on many of the same themes. Guest starring ZJ.

Castle's Stana Kanic stars in "A Call To Spy," a fictionalized depiction of three women spies in the lead up to D-Day. Women just like the stars of this movie risked and sometimes lost their lives in the preparation for the invasion as they organized resistance cells and gathered intelligence for the Allied forces. This is part one of a multiple episode D-Day commemoration to mark the 78th anniversary.
