In this episode, Matthew speaks to Dr Maria Tomlinson, an academic at the University of Sheffield, about her experiences of being a standards-maker for BS 30416 – menstrual and menopausal health in the workplace.

Maria describes her motivations for getting and staying involved in standards, the impact standards-making has had on her career, and her proudest standard-making moment so far.
