In this episode, Matthew speaks to Tom Ruddell, the Lead Remanufacturing Engineer at Egg Lighting, about his experiences of being a standards-maker for BS 8887-221 – Remanufacture of Luminaires.

Tom describes his motivations for getting and staying involved in standards, the impact standards-making has had on his career, and his proudest standards-making moments so far.
