• What are your thoughts on a soft level cap for expansions? For example in BFA level cap of 115 until patch 8.2 and then 120 until end of expansion. Do you think this would help with some of the problems of over gearing or at least allowing them more wiggle room for how it scales up.
• How do you guys see how the development of the game's infrastructure/tools so to speak influences community and in turn raid/guild commitment?
• What do you guys think about merging the factions?
• I managed to finally get a ticket to blizzcon this year and it will be the first time I've ever been to a con of any sort or even out of Canada on my own. What advice do you have for a terrified first timer con goes?
• What do you both think about the pacing of Essence unlocks?
• What's your current neck level and when do you anticipate hitting 65?
• Jason, do you think you will have AOTC before all level 3 essences?
