Are you one of the millions of people who’ve TikTok diagnosed themselves with ADHD? Maybe you fall somewhere on the neurodivergent spectrum and have been trying to make sense of it all.
On today’s episode Steph and Craig explore what it’s like living with ADHD and being neurodivergent together. Both have discovered they are on the spectrum later in their adult life and have been unpacking the realities for the past several years.
They both share personal anecdotes of what it was like growing up during the 80’s and never having clarity around being neurodivergent, as well as the ongoing process of learning more about what it truly means.
Through humor and vulnerability, they highlight the importance of self compassion and understanding while doing their best to embrace their new understanding of living with ADHD.

Do you ever wonder if everything you’ve been doing to change, heal, and grow is actually worth it?
Today, Steph and Craig are breaking down 7 patterns in people who heal and have resilience after surviving trauma. The list comes from a recent post Dr. Nicole LePera, the Holistic Psychologist, shared on social media. https://www.instagram.com/p/C_WVmZ4SzTP/?igsh=MXdpa3E3emVodTBhcg==
Steph and Craig share with you the 7 patterns and break each one down. Discussing where they’re at with each of them and offering up why they’re important milestones to bring awareness too.
Find out which ones they need a bit more work on and which ones they’re fully embodying today.
It’s a great opportunity to stop and reflect how far you may be on your journey or recognize where the areas of growth you may want to focus on.
No matter where you may be, Steph and Craig, express the importance of reflecting back regularly to see how far you’ve come.
