When Justin purchased CMB (which was dormant at the time) from his father in 2015, annual revenue was approx. $2MM. In a few short years, Justin increased the revenue 8X by end of fiscal 2022.

Esteban Clavijo (@esteban.clavijo.91) is an Ecuadorian-Canadian high-performance athlete and Toronto FC Academy's Athletic Trainer. His most recent time at the 2022 Chicago Marathon (42.2kms) was 2 hours 26 minutes and 52 seconds.

Francisco Ramos (@framoscomedy) is a Venezuelan-American stand up comedian who was part of the first-ever Netflix Is A Joke Comedy Festival in Los Angeles. A comic who performs regularly at the World Famous Comedy Store, Francisco is one of the voices in the animated movie RIO, has appeared on Gentefied on Netflix, Shameless, and Top 10 in Last Comic Standing, part of a special on HBO MAX. 

Francisco recently directed and co-wrote a short movie called ZOO ANIMALS, now streaming on HBO MAX.

Francisco joins TSDP to discuss his origins in Venezuela, how he ended up in Virginia for his teenage years, quitting his full-time banker job and moving to Los Angeles to pursue comedy (and what that ACTUALLY means), working at the World Famous Comedy Store (and now performing there regularly), habits, mindset, advice to starting comics, and more!
