Daniel Gómez is an engineer turned backpacker and lifestyle entrepreneur.

He describes himself as an explorer of life, science communicator, amateur nature photographer, consciously confused individual who was born in Cali, Colombia, and grew up in Bogotá until age 15 when he moved to Canada with his family.

He studied Engineering Physics at Queen's University and has worked in the automotive, nuclear, and consulting industries for over 10 years. He was a Manager of Solutions at PRESTO (The Toronto Transit Payment Card) before saying goodbye to the 9-5 over 3 years ago.

Having visited more than 50 countries scattered across 4 continents, and having spent more than 4 years of cumulative backpacking, he has now turned living off a backpack almost into his permanent lifestyle.

Alan Ganev is a Toronto-based art gallery owner at Taglialatella Galleries Toronto, cultural producer, art curator and most of all, a truly gifted artist. 

Taglialatella Galleries and Yorkville Murals are his pride and joy as these two businesses present most of his ideas.

One of his latest projects is a 120’ floor mural he produced in Yorkville for Nina Chanel, an artist who recently made the New Yorker’s cover.

The colourful Café Artois Yorkville, a gastronomic and cultural oasis, was created in collaboration with Yorkville Murals and Stella Artois. 

He has several art projects coming up including the new W Hotel in Toronto and Porsche in Miami.
