Steve King and Johnnie Putman are celebrating all things mom on their last show… before they come back to Chicago. It’s a fully loaded show of scams, music and moms with our friends all over the country!
After a bit of Mother’s Day talk, we spread some scam awareness with everyone’s favorite scam buster, Steve Bernas, President and CEO of BBB of Chicago and Northern Illinois for a special look at the BBB’s Scam Survival Toolkit.
Then, we stop by Memphis with Lynn Orman, Founder of Women of the Blues Foundation, to recognize some big wins at the 2024 Blues Music Awards for a couple of special friends of the show, Bobby Rush and Sue Foley.
Back at the WKGC Studios in Panama City, Florida, Aaron Bearden, Owner of Instant Replay Sports Cards is back on the show to tell us about some of the tricky parts when verifying the authenticity and value in autographs and vintage collectibles. He also debuts some brand new tracks live in the studio!
Closing out the show, we bounce over to the west coast where Patrick Crispen, Director of Educational Technology at Keck School of Medicine of USC, is in Disney Land with the rest of the Crispen crew. A few of this week’s topics with Patrick cover some AI news, breaking down the various smart watches on the market and some awful email phishing scams.
