Carson nourishes authentic communities by connecting people through food and entertainment. Crohn's disease forced him to think deeply about life, meaning, and purpose at a young age. After losing 18-inches of his colon, Carson “accidentally” completed a degree from William & Mary and left his career in real estate behind. Choosing instead to pursue his lifelong passion.

Carson’s goal is to nourish lives and help people indulge in our common ancestral language. Food. 

In order to pursue this goal, he founded SweezEats amidst the pandemic in Sept 2020 as a means to build community through their cookie gift boxes.

Since then, they’ve partnered with small businesses to ship signature batch cookie gifts to their clients, donors, and employees. They’ve shipped a total of over 13,000 cookies to friends and customers… and counting.

Jenn Graham is on a mission to design a more inclusive world. An activist, designer, and civic tech entrepreneur, Jenn is the Founder and CEO of Inclusivv (formerly “Civic Dinners”), bringing diverse voices together for conversations that matter.

Since starting Civic Dinners as a social experiment in Atlanta, Jenn has built a global team and a digital platform that has already enabled over 1,800 dinners around the world—both in-person and virtual—and has a goal of inviting a million people to the table by 2021. Her clients range from Facebook to Coca-Cola, including beloved organizations such as The King Center, Sierra Club, and The Aspen Institute.

Glynis Lee serves as the Vice President of Inclusion, Community, and HR Technology, responsible for accelerating and actuating a world-class inclusive culture at Infor, LLC.  With her deep background in technology transformation, program, and project management – she has been able to inject an action-oriented approach to inclusion and community, focusing on systemic process transformation to interrupt bias and infuse inclusive behavior as a natural and organic component of the company culture.  

Glynis’ career spans over 20 in leading complex IT service delivery organizations and overseeing strategic technology transformation efforts in private, government, and academic, and global organizations.  She has focused on the selection, implementation, and management of ERP systems supporting back-office operations, particularly in Human Resources and Finance.  She transitioned to an HR leadership role several years ago, leveraging technology to facilitate cultural transformation.  

A graduate of Rutgers University with a BS in Business Economics, and an MBA in Management Information Systems, she holds her PMP certification, and certificates in Executive Leadership, High-Performance Leadership, and Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.

 

A native of New Jersey, Glynis now lives outside Atlanta, GA with her husband, 2 children, and granddaughter.

John is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, and Content Management software in corporate and start-up environments. He graduated from Georgia College & State University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and dual minoring in Psychology and Management. John also earned the rank of Eagle in The Boy Scouts of America and has since worked to incorporate civic engagement and community initiatives, specifically involving youth, education, and technology, into his career. 

The early stages of John’s career were fraught with obstacles, however through perseverance, mentorship, civic engagement, and hard work he now is the Founder & President of his own Salesforce consulting firm based in Atlanta, LogicSpree. He has also served on a number of non-profit boards that have a key social impact on the Atlanta community such as InspirEDU, Atlanta Technology Professionals, and the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).

Shannon started her own journey of transformation when she realized what a terrible leader she had been for many of her team members over the years.  Growing up as the daughter of a bank CEO and holding Director and VP roles in large organizations did not make her a good leader of people. It took a Hero’s Journey saga of self-awareness and challenge for her to uncover and embrace her true nature, a compassionate and inspiring leader with a strong dose of “GSD” (get stuff done). Taking control of her own mindset and skills was the first step in being a better leader and a better person. She realized that unlike her beliefs from the ’80s and ’90s, work and life are not separate. We cannot just leave part of ourselves at home. Instead, we can embrace all of who we are in every aspect of our life and show up authentically.

This led her to create Guided Ventures Group (GVG), an organization of leaders and experts who use real-world experience to act as guides for others on their journey of professional and personal growth. GVG, a woman-owned business, is the first business under the GVG umbrella because elevating people at work makes a difference in every aspect of their life.

As Managing Director, Kerry is responsible for the client service, growth, and expansion of the company’s offices across the Eastern U.S. region. This includes providing leadership and oversight of offices in Atlanta, Georgia; Baltimore, Maryland; Charlotte, North Carolina; Greenville, South Carolina; Montgomery, Alabama; and Orlando, Florida.

In addition to his leadership role, Kerry serves as an experienced wealth advisor to individuals, families, and businesses. He uses his objective perspective to help clients make wise financial decisions to experience clarity and confidence and leave a lasting legacy. Kerry and his team integrate financial planning, investment management, and trust services into financial plans tailored to his clients’ needs.

Prior to joining Ronald Blue Trust, Kerry worked with Regions Bank for 15 years. Most recently he was the Senior Vice President of Private Wealth Management serving as the manager for Georgia and South Carolina. Previously he worked with Bain & Company as a Management Consultant in Sydney, Australia.

Kerry graduated cum laude from Birmingham-Southern College with his BS in Business Administration. He also earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Active in his community, Kerry served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Providence Christian Academy for five years. He is a member of the Marietta C12 CEO Peer Advisory Group and is a Business Leadership Group member at Fellowship of Companies for Christ International. He also leads a men’s small group at his local church. He and his team are the planned giving partners for Atlanta Mission. In the past, he has served on several boards including the River Region United Way, the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts, and the Montgomery Zoo. In addition, he has been an effective fundraiser and volunteer for the American Heart Association, the Arthritis Foundation, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

He and his wife, Brook, have been married 25 years and live in Atlanta with their two children. In his free time, Kerry enjoys reading, hunting, and scuba diving.
