What is 'therapy speak'?

It isn't actually any sort of language that we use in therapy and it is being weirdly weaponised albeit in a well intentioned way, to bypass vulnerable and authentic connection.

Matrescence - the process of becoming a mother - is a term recently enough coined to describe the myriad changes that happen for a woman, biologically, psychologically and socially. It's fascinating.
