Jackson's List fulfills a long-standing need for a comprehensive list of America's best specialty ski shops. It would be a great boon to skiers everywhere if all ski shops met a minimum service level, but that's not the world we live in. Jackson's List has been created to help skiers and quality ski shops find one another. It is intended as a work in progress; this is the story of how this its first draft came to be.
