Genesis 10-11: Humanity spreads through the world and tries to build a tower to heaven. God is not pleased and begins the frustration that persists today by confusing them with languages.

Genesis 6-9: One of the most famous Bible stories ever, God starts over with one family. Perhaps the only incident of mass death in history regularly commemorated in children's books and on nursery walls, this story is another stone in the foundation of history laid early in Genesis.

Genesis 4-5: Between the fall and the flood there are murders, nations spreading through the world, and some very strange stories of men and gods.

Genesis 3: A talking snake enters the garden and Adam and Eve take a bite of the most infamous fruit in history, losing their place in paradise and leading all humanity in sin and suffering. There is a glimmer of hope in the midst of the curses though, a seed that will crush the head of the serpent.
