Do you find yourself snapping at people (or inanimate objects)? Do you find yourself short in tone and spiking in your anger a lot? Do you do things to fix that? Stress Management and Stress Relief are 2 different things. They're used for different reasons and in different scenarios. Life and living with stress is complicated but we don't have to let it rule our lives. I have anxiety, yes, but I do not have a lot of side effects of actual stress (mostly because I learn to manage it because if I didn't I'd be a wreck of a person more than I already am! haha). So if you have ANY level of stress or amount of stressful situations then managing it may be even more important than relieving it. When you can understand managing vs relieving stress your whole body health will become better, your family will thank you, your hormones will thank you and YOU will thank you.
