Justification is a judicial term where God declares us not guilty based on faith in Jesus Christ, not our works. This righteousness belongs to God and He gives it to those who trust in Christ alone. Salvation is a gift received by faith, involving redemption, propitiation, and divine forbearance. We all fall short of God's glory, which is Jesus Christ Himself, but through faith we can be declared righteous.
