In this deeply personal episode, I reflect on what it means to sit beside someone you love who’s walking through a hard season, specifically illness, and how joy can still find its way into the room. As a caregiver and supporter, I’ve learned that showing up doesn’t mean having all the answers. Sometimes, the greatest gift we can offer is our presence, our love, and our willingness to witness it all, the beauty, the grief, and the quiet moments of light.
