In this introductory episode of The Stupid Whisperer (TSW), I will share with you some very common reasons so many of us lose our abilities to think clearly when faced with problems that we should be able to handle with ease. The list of causes provided here is nowhere near all-inclusive, but it definitely hits many of the most common.

I will also share a few tools from my 10-Minute Calm-Down Toolkit, which will be made available for download soon, for the cost of $17.00. This Toolkit contains the 3 skills discussed in this episode of TSW plus a few other skills. Also included are a few self-help worksheets designed to prepare you for the next time you find yourself overwhelmed by someone moving your stapler!
