Welcome back to The Stylist Diaries! Today's episode is all about stylists supporting stylists. How we've felt supported, how we haven't, and how we can better lift other stylists up. My guests Drea & Mak share their stories and experiences, plus we alll shout out some of our favourite stylists.

Hello, and welcome back to The Stylist Diaries! On today's episode, I am sharing my make-up journey. As some of you may already know, I am a professional MUA & Hairstylist. But I wasn't always this way.

In this episode, I am sharing how I first discovered make-up, and how I grew and learnt more about it. When I was younger, I had no Instagram, or Tie Tok to teach me how to properly apply makeup. I had to figure it out myself, until I eventually landed a job working for MAC Cosmetics. When I worked for MAC, I did lots of professional training - and my career took off!

In this episode, I am also sharing a little bit of my heart. Make-up has had some hard time for me too. I'm talking about some brutal online bullying I've experienced. I've been called ugly, cake-face, and many more awful terms. I want to share my experience in hopes that others can relate, and direct to resources that can be helpful.
