War is NOT anti-isolationism, so what is it? We should beware the person who promotes war with Moral Virtue signaling. War and Trade each have benefits and costs. We should not ignore them because of some subjectively represented "good."

Being anti-war and pro-trade is not isolationism. War is actually racially motivated in the sense of the Subjective Professor. Economics goes a LONG way to explaining how certain positions are untenable.

Revisiting P. Bourdieu and his theory of Fields and Rules. A twist is provide by an introduction to Game theory.  It's great for developing strategy but also for understanding the moves of others. There are complicating factors to consider which are emotion, belief, and rule changes on the fly. Anyway, it's another tool to help us navigate life and mitigate risk.

A part of the The NDAA - National Defense Authorization Act apparently allots funding for teaching DEI (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) to soldiers. There are many problems with the way Gov't handles the military, why add more problems? The problem is that DEI teaches people how to discriminate badly, that is, to discriminate for the wrong characteristics. Giving people Freedom allows more people to discover which characterisitics are best for any purpose, job, or goal. Freedom enables people to discover how to discriminate well. 

Trending on social media (Babylon Bee, mostly) is the idea that exercising is Fascistic. Well, we can see that it is a racialization, a creation of a race on a questionable understanding. There are sloppy definitions all around but especially of fascism.

Exercising or not exercising is a choice and both come with consequences. Freedom of Choice for the win.

In the last episode censorship was discussed in a way to avoid censorship. This episode will discuss the free market of ideas.  Examples include the Cell phone, DVDs, War vs Peace, and we touch on the Wright brothers and Curtiss in the airplane lawsuit conflict. Freedom is always better than force.

This episode discusses Censorship and Speech Bans. They are actually protections for weak and bad ideas. Debate is prohibitied for bad ideas to spread. If we could debate anything in anyway we desired, then the need for censorship is eradicated. Bad ideas are easily and eventually recognized for what they are.

Maintaining censorship creates a religious climate of orthodoxy and Heresy.

Our school once had a "crossover" collaboration with the business school where students were challenged to come up with innovative ideas to solve real world problems. Where the other classes had the SAME ideas semester after semester, our class has some ideas which horrified the judges. It was perfect. Because out of the box ideas are often considered dangerous and scary. They usually are, but some ideas are what some people were waiting for.

We need More Freedom for MORE low-cost creativity... just like we had in the old days. 

Strikes are like trying to get a car fixed... and your mechanic changes the payment due. It's a lot like that. But then, is Morality an issue in strikes? Justice? 

Subjectively speaking maybe, but one can't deny Economics.
