The Subs Bench Podcast

In this episode, the much travelled and highly rated Jonti Richter discusses a wide range of topics with the lads on the bench.

The local game, coaching, football administration and the future of grassroots all get a mention. Jonti is fairly outspoken but comes across passionate about the game and was a great guest.

We had to split this one into two parts so be sure to catch both

In this episode we are joined on the bench by Josh McKee from Veto Sports where we discuss technology developments in kit design, the best kits in recent memory and the rise of AC Carina.

We also discuss Naidoc Week and how clubs can get involved with it this year.

In this episode we are depleted in numbers with Dusty joining Nabby on the absentee list...... but thankfully our guest was worth two men.

Steve Whyte, the much travelled and highly rated Olympic FC captain talked about his journey to QLD, rainy days in Seattle and the best players he’s seen in the NPL.

EPISODE 9 NOW UP!

Brisbane Strikers’ Fraser Hills joins the lads on the bench to discuss his career to date, the FFA Cup run and to dish the dirt on his teammates.

Well worth a watch this one 😂😂😂

Michael Bridges (ex Sunderland AFC, Leeds United, Newcastle Jets and England Under 21 star) joins the lads in an isolation special.

A few stories from his career including how he ended up getting his big break in football.

Former Sunderland AFC and Aberdeen FC defender Dan Smith talks about his career highs and lows and how a chance move to Australia reignited his love for football.

Dan talks about his time at Holland Park Hawks and Peninsula Power and also picks the best players he played with at pro level and in Australia.
