We often confuse faith with adhering to a set of beliefs. Instead, pure faith is more like the fuel we need in order to take risks, step out of our comfort zone, or hold on to ourselves when we're in a season of not knowing where we're going.

I-Suckville is a place in the mind, a town if you will, where it feels like the only way out is to prove to our inner critic(s) that we're good enough, smart enough, etc., to live in a better place. Learning how to get out of I-Suckville (and it's not what you think) is essential for getting on with living from the soul instead.

With-ness is the ability to be present with ourselves in an attitude of kindness and belonging. Often our insides look like a collection of disparate parts pitted against each other, rather than a highly trained orchestra performing beautiful music.
