Recently in my coaching client calls I've noticed that mindset and trying to hang in there when it comes to a business can be challenging for a lot of people. I have also found that recently I have had to work on my mindset after experiencing many changes and ups and downs in my own business. These experiences have reminded me of the power of mindset and how building that resilience and that strength within yourself is what's going to make you successful. I think that's part of the reason why so many businesses fail is because people don't realise how hard it is. They try a couple of different things and it doesn't work, and so they just give up on the business. I really wanted to talk about mindset in this episode because I’m here to support you in strengthening your mindset so that you can make it to the finish line and be happy and feeling comfortable within your business.

Many people come to me for coaching because they've seen the business that I've created, they see me flying first class and travelling the world while not being around that much and want to know how I can run my businesses while living this lifestyle. This week's episode is about how to set boundaries in business and life and how to say no to other people. I wanted to talk about this topic because I feel like it's something that I used to really struggle with. I used to find it so hard to say no to people, especially when it came to running my business. If my team or a customer requested something of me, I felt like I had no choice but to do it. Back then I felt like I had to do this in order to be successful. Now I know that I have the power to choose what I want to do, I think I've got strong boundaries in place and it's something that I believe I can speak on and I can kind of offer some of my experience to you guys.
