An absolute powerhouse of a woman from Dublin’s inner city, Ireland, who swings in for a very uplifting and inspiring conversation about life growing up in the inner city.

It was priceless growing up in that community spirit, where everyone's door was always open and every woman in the flats was like your mother.

Robyn takes us through her journey from partying every weekend and travelling the world to becoming a mother at age 21, a business owner not long after, and the struggles that came with being a single parent while honouring her heart's desire to continue traveling the world.

Fast forward to today, where Robyn has gone through multiple career pivots but still works in the beauty industry as an eyebrow technician part time after an incredible home birth to her new son.

She also has a sound healing and recovery centre businesses she uses to give back to her community and bring different healing modalities to those around her.

We also touched on how she felt going through delivering her baby in the comfort of her home surrounded by the ones she loves the most. How empowering it was to trust her body and to see the rewards on the other side. 

The journey from resenting her successful brow business while travelling the world with it and helping thousands of others along the way to now being in flow with it after re-designing it back into her life in flow with how SHE lives everyday.

In todays's episode I speak with Tahlia Pretty. 

An absolute powerhouse of a woman from Adelaide, South Australia, who speaks of growing up with an unhealthy relationship with food, coffee and sort of being forced into expressing only gratitude by her family who had left Ukraine for a better life in Australia. 

The results of stuffing down her true emotions, and being told it was not ok to be anything other than grateful came at a cost. Her unhealthy pattern of being and over achiever and it leading to her getting addicted to coffee, suffering with sever anxiety and depression to now being the founder of soul shine living and helping thousands of people deal with eating disorders, learning to love their body and manifesting the life of their dreams. 

We also touched on what it was like to win a fitness contest and how it fast tracked her into the spotlight and being offered modelling roles by all the biggest fashion labels in Australia. Then the negative results of being told her body needs to be and look a certain way in photo shoots.

The journey from hating and not accepting herself to building a very successful coaching business, travelling the world with it and helping thousands of others along the way.

In today's episode I speak with Ollie Gordan. 

An incredible humble Man who didn;t start out that way but he’s landed himself here today. This was definitely one of the funniest chat’s to date but covered some incredibly deep topics in between. 

We went through what life was like growing up in rural Ireland, loosing his father at such a young age and the tragedy that surrounded his passing. 

Also what his life has been like battling depression on and off over the years, gaining “it all” only to feel empty after hitting his goals then losing it all anyway after a couple of companies who owed money went into liquidation. 

We touch on changing from chasing income to chasing impact in the world that was driving him mad. The shift that has come in his life since making that change and cutting alcohol out of his life. 

The importance of getting into communities that want to see you do better and help you along in life. Money not being everything and experience and love being more important. 

Being a part of a community of girls in Sydney’s GAA circles, going from not winning anything in 9 years to winning the championship in their second year together then everything a couple of years later.

Then controlled by the man in her new relationship and how her drive to own her own business put her on the trajectory of personal development and the life she’s currently living today.

An incredible young Man from Wexford, Ireland who started his life with a speech impediment and struggling to get people to understand him he took up playing instrument’s instead to express himself to others. 

After finding his purpose and love for music he knew from a very early age he was going to do life on his own terms. Starting his first business at 13 and quickly multiplying that to 4 businesses in the space of a couple of years. 

We hear what life was like growing up in Wexford, how school never clicked with him from as early as play school he managed to stay a year out of it, which is funny because now he’s a music teacher. 

We touch on his story through the music industry and how it has brought him all over Ireland, across to the U.S and going viral with a unique idea of creating a Christmas song with no instrument’s. 

The journey from hating being at school to now teaching at school’s all over Ireland, from being told he wouldn’t get much from a music career to now having purchased a family home for himself and his young family.

An absolute legend from Dublin, Ireland. Owner of Barróg Healthcare and Motor zone. Hard worker, genuine, and an honest father. His motto in life is to share the experience as it doesn’t cost a penny to be kind.

We hear what life was like growing up in a working-class area of Dublin, being bullied as a child all the way up to leaving school, and the impact that has left on him in his adult life. 

From those intense traumatic experiences in his childhood to going on to work in social services helping others who were dealing with homelessness, alcohol abuse and addiction before going on to setting up his own medical centre and looking after the health of thousands of people all over Ireland  🥳🔥🎙

We covered some unbelievable high’s like driving around Ireland for the Bumblebee 1000 and helping raise over 200,000 euros for the Little Blue Hero’s charity who’s mission is to provide practical and financial support to families of children who have serious illnesses in Ireland.

We covered some incredible high’s, like a hilariously funny story when the band decided to drop acid before busking in Byron Bay, Australia that only lasted until the acid kicked in . 

To the damage of the global lockdowns specifically for him with the hospitality industry shut down, having no work, no income with a family five and the impact of that on his mental health. 

Then reinventing himself during that rites of passage to create a healthy body, healthy mind and online business that helps families live healthier and create time freedom  from all over Ireland, today. 

Now living a life he designed, this is an AMAZING story, and great to hear of a local break the mould of what's considered "normal life" in working class area's of Dublin.

In today's episode, I speak with Jane Fitzpatrick. 

An oncology nurse of 12 years speaks on her journey through life from growing up in Cork and not feeling like she fitted into academia to emigrating and living in Australia for many years before moving to Bali to learn the tools to change career to what she’s doing in the world today.

Having worked on her own trauma healing journey through shadow work and energy healing Jane uncovered what felt like a massive gap in the Western medicine system and chose to change careers to learn the skills to help bridge the gap between Western medicine and ancient Eastern energy healing practices. 

Working on a more wholesome and solution-based approach to healing for all people before they ever need to go to the hospital.

Now living a life she’s designed, this is an AMAZING story, and great to hear a trained professional break the mould of what's considered “alternative medicine” for nurses trained in the Western medical system.
