This week we chatted with Erin Cooke McAllister, Physical Therapist and Owner of H2O Fitness Collaborative in Scarborough, Maine. We toured Erin's new facility and talked about all that they offer in the world of health and fitness. Erin has partnered with top local health and fitness professionals to bring an "all under one roof" experience to her clients.
This week week we went back to Foley's Fitness Center in Scarborough, Maine and spent some time with the Owner, Mike Foley. Mike has been the go-to guy for nutrition and fitness here in Maine for over 30 years. We talked about what it's like to help over 23,000 clients reach their goals, his own personal commitment to health and fitness and what it was like to open a new state of the art fitness facility in at the onset of a global pandemic.
This week we spent some time with former Unum Exec Jim Foley. Jim is a Westbrook, Maine native with a colorful past that included a 44 month stint in prison. Eleven years removed from that experience, Jim takes some time to share his story.
This week we talked with Belinda Desmond from Keller Williams Realty in Greater Portland. Belinda loves to sell Commercial Real Estate. We discussed the path to took to get there and some of the challenges along the way. Belinda is an active mom and she even climbed Katahdin last fall!

Today we talk with Jamie Logan a Westbrook, Maine native currently residing in Biddeford, Maine. Jamie is Veteran, Father, Husband, Triathlete, Swimmer, Sales guru, dog dad and a Body Builder. He and his wife Nikki are FIXTURES at Foley’s Fitness in Scarborough, Maine. He is a flamboyant guy, a sharp dresser and could care less what other people think. Four years ago Jamie was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. We got the chance to hear how that has affected Jamie's life and more importantly, how he hits this thing head on every day.
This week we spent some time with Scott Baumann. Scott is the owner at Iron Legion Strength Company in Westbrook, Maine. He also hosts the Not Born This Way" podcast.
