Renee Heath is one of those rare people that I am so fortunate to have in my life. She is brilliant, she is beautiful (she's actually a total smoke-show!), but I really mean that she is fully and completely a beautiful person. Every time I spend with Renee I walk away with the understanding that I have become a little bit better of a person. Really! My heart feels full, my stomach hurts from laughing, and my IQ might even spike a little. Renee's intellectual prowess is so far off the charts that it might feel natural for those around her to question their own. The amazing thing about Renee, though, is that she will never ever make you feel small.
Professionally, Renee earned her Ph.D. from The University of Colorado at Boulder. She is the co-director of the Civil Discourse Lab and Principal Lecturer at The University of New Hampshire. And has authored a university textbook on Interorganizational Collaboration that is most definitely over all of our heads.
Personally, Renee is the wife of a hunky airline pilot, a mother of three gorgeous children, and a totally fabulous friend. Renee is the real deal and I'm so thrilled to have you meet her. Listen is as we discuss:
Intentional communication in marriage, parenting, and the workplace, generational differences, work-life balance, gender roles, empathy, parenting, and more.
