  • August 17 | Choosing What Deserves Your Time This Season

As we move through this middle‑of‑August stretch, I’ve been thinking a lot about new beginnings and what really deserves our time and energy. This week’s Sunrise Session is a short reflection on identifying what’s truly essential—and gently setting aside the things that aren’t.

I share a simple practice I use myself: a quick brain‑dump on paper, followed by circling the few things that actually matter. It’s amazing how much clarity comes from giving yourself permission to let the lesser things rest for a season.

If your schedule, your home routines, or your work life have felt a little overcrowded lately, this episode will give you a calm moment to breathe and refocus.

I hope it brings steadiness and spaciousness to your week.
