The Super 6 Podcast

The Super 6 podcast returns this week with a very special guest, as West Ham and Premier League star Michail Antonio joins Laura Woods and Bayo Akinfenwa in the studio.

Michail tells us about his incredible rise through the leagues, after starting his career at Tooting & Mitcham United, before spells in the Championship at Reading, Sheffield Wednesday and Nottingham Forest.

He's now found a home at West Ham, excelling in the Premier League and on the brink of a regular place in the England squad.

There's laughs, inspiration and behind the scenes insight into life as a top flight footballer, as well as the usual banter and stories from Laura and Bayo. We hope you enjoy the episode!
