Today, I'm joined by my dear friend Karin Klein, a trauma informed body therapist and energy healer who joins us all the way from Germany. Karin specializes in prenatal bonding, birth imprints, and of course energy healing!

What Prenatal Bonding Actually Is

* A beautiful mix of psychology, meditation, and energy work that helps you connect deeply with your baby during pregnancy

* Often begins around week 20 and continues weekly, guiding the mother into a relaxed, intuitive state to receive images, emotions, or messages from her baby

* Has been shown to result in less than 1% medical intervention during birth

The Consciousness of Babies

* Babies are fully aware and perceptive from the moment of conception

* They remember their time in the womb and can communicate about their experiences

* When we talk to them daily — explaining feelings, plans, or medical procedures — it helps them feel safe and supported

* Babies can also offer energetic guidance, like where to position themselves for birth, or help bring clarity to family dynamics

Conscious Conception and Fertility Support

* Difficulty conceiving is often rooted in subconscious fear or stress imprints from the mother's own prenatal story

* The body may block pregnancy if it believes pregnancy is unsafe

* Karin offers a three-session energy and regression program that has helped 90% of her clients conceive

Birth Imprints and How They Shape Us
