Hello and welcome back oh wonderful Superfans!
Connection, what does it mean to you?
This is what we discuss today with a good pal of mine Dave Scholes who has set up an amazing organisation called Six Connections.
Everyone on this earth is connected by 6 people.. crazy right?
But how can we connect more as a society?
How can we listen, talk and connect with those we love and respect?
How can workplaces start conversations on mental health?
All this and more inside!

Welcome back!
Today I have another incredible guest with me, this time it is Dale AKA 3D Strength.
Dale as well as being a strength coach is a celebrated and decorated athlete himself on an international scale.
We talk his roots, what made him the way he is today?
We discuss how the personal touch is so important to good quality coaching.
What about how you can turn regret into a hugely pivotal point in your life?
Well that all and more is just around the corner for you, as I talk to this upbeat and honest northern lad.
Also, I encountered some more technical issues today, so there was a little bit of patience required but Dale was an absolute star and a gent.
Sit back, enjoy and get ready to want to go to the gym!
You can follow Dale on Instagram @3dstrength where he has plenty of video updates from himself, his athletes and also the grass roots project he has embarked on to get teenagers into strongman.

Hello Super people!
Welcome back to another exciting episode, this time I have an absolute behemoth of a guest.
That is, if you are in the strongman world, you will know who he is, an athlete himself and coach to several top pro strongmen.
We are of course talking about Shane Jerman AKA MST Systems.
We look at what drives him, what direction every decision has to take in order to make it for him and MST Systems.
We talk strength and patience or a trending lack of the latter in younger adults.
We discuss how maturity and training age play a part in an individuals approach to progress, and why its incredibly important to work on your weaknesses.
This point is crystal clear, investing in yourself and outsourcing knowledge will exponentially help you towards your goals.
To follow more of Shanes content you can find him on:

I have known Abbie for a few years now and have followed glimpses of her journey, enough to see she has a lot to bring onto the show.
Full of life and energy she literally lights up the room she walks in, but has this always been the case?
What is the secret to a successful PT / Client relationship?
What is true happiness?
We talk about her revolutionary approach to coaching, ridding imposter syndrome in the most powerful way and lots of other unplanned topics.
One of those conversations where it just WENT.
We hope you enjoyed as much as we did, I have a few thoughts on how I could improve the quality and maybe the setup but please do let me know what you think.
Thankyou very much to Jack @scholesythebarber for letting us use his amazing room

Hey Superfans!
I hope you are ready for this one, you are about to hear an extremely frank yet eloquent story.
A recollection of trauma, chronic pain, dismissal, resilience and a super strong will to not be defeated.
Aimee was dismissed by medical professionals for 10 years, searching for a diagnosis that fit what she was feeling. It took pushing and coming toe to toe with these same professionals to get a formal diagnosis and to start any treatment, for which there is no cure.
Around 1 in 10 women will live with Endometriosis, and if it left to develop, treatment is far less effective and it can have an even more severe toll on the body. It hides from scans and requires surgery to diagnose. With an already stretched NHS.
If there is one thing to take away from this, you know your body ladies!
If something doesn't feel right, get it checked out. Put embarrassment aside, and find out what is causing you concern.
You could like many others catch it early, and increase your chance of effective treatment.
I hope you come away learning something from this that you can take away, maybe even simply an awareness of the condition.
Lets normalise these kinds of conversation, so we can do something sooner.
I'm off before I spoil the good bits.
