Like everyone says: it's easier (& cheaper) to keep a client than to have to go find and get a new one.

But that doesn't mean you should keep people around long after they no longer need you; it simply means that if you want to create sustainable revenue and income, you need to know how to strategically leverage your Offers and create a pathway for your current clients to move through, rather than creating one-then-done type of Offers.

For example: when I look at my biggest month in business so far (an $80,000 month), $45,000 of that came from retaining clients rather than getting new clients. And I did this by creating a Sustainable Offer Suite that meets my Ideal Customer exactly where they're at in each appropriate phase of their Transformational Journey, and then moving them through those Offers to support them in getting the full transformation they desire.

Do you find yourself bending over backward to GET THAT SALE?

I get it, every time I used get on a Sales Call, I'd end up creating entirely custom offers for poeople just so I could get that sale. And while, sure, I ended up making some money, it simply was not sustainable for me or my business, and I'll bet that approach isn't sustainable for YOU, either.

Eventually, I learned that if I did not have my Sustainable Sales System foundations in place, I was always going to feel like selling my offers was an uphill battle. I had to educate (read: convince) people that they needed what I was selling, whenever I told people my prices they'd always come back with 'I can't afford that,' and I was putting SO much time and energy into creating marketing content and NONE of it was converting how I wanted and needd it to.

In this episode, I will show you how to start creating an Easy-Yes Offer that is genuinely irresistible to your ideal client or customer. Which, by the way, will be the perfect example of how to sell what your ideal customer wants (their chocolate) instead of focusing on what you know they need (their broccoli).

We will also explore how you can apply the 7 Phase Transformational Journey, mentioned in Episode 2, to your offers and marketing—which, trust me, changes EVERYTHING.

"Be consistent."

A common piece of advice that we all hear as business owners is, ‘Be consistent," with the expectation that ONE DAY, if you're consistent enough, the sales will just come rolling in.

But is that really all it takes? Is there more to this puzzle? And is our struggle to "be consistent" REALLY about consistency, or is there something else?

Spoiler alert: your struggle to "be consistent" is actually NOT about consistency, it's about something far more insidious—and it's something I, myself, battled in recording this episode! In fact, I delayed recording this episode due to this fear, which, trust me, I realize how ironic that is considering this entire episode is about how to enjoy the process of marketing and not being attached to the results!

In this episode, I highlight exactly what is keeping you struggling with consistency and how to detach your self-worth from the instant gratification we crave from our marketing efforts!
