  • Episode 11: Coca Cola vs. Red Wine
This weeks topic of discussion was brought about by a conversation we had with friends at the weekend and it got us thinking… what do we really think about having alcohol around kids and how would you explain it to someone else? Secondly, has living in country with quite conservative views of alcohol around kids changed that?

We’d love to know your thoughts… a discussion which is open for further debate!

  • Episode 10: Luge to Living Healthy Happy
I LOVE having guests on our podcast! It was so much fun talking to Courtney about her origin stories, her previous life and how that brought her to Sweden. What I really wanted was to get Courtney’s take on how to keep us, the adults, healthy this Winter. Was there any lifestyle changes that we could make immediately to set us on a good path for the rest of winter.

Her business, Living Healthy Happy is based around the three pillars of health; excercise, nutrition and sleep. Courtney’s straight forward, no-nonsense approach to a healthy lifestyle will have you reaching for the broccoli steamer before you know it. No fads, no ads, no quick fixes. Just plain old hard work and healthy eating. AND SLEEP!!! We’re all completely sleep deprived according to Courtney and she’s got evidence to back it up.

  • Episode 9.0 Work/Strife balance
"The Teletubbies made us do it..." We totally failed at getting this delivered on time. The irony isn't lost on us, talking about VAB, not being under pressure to work and then failing miserably and delivering to you, our en masse employer (think of us as your work experience lad who mixes your post up, free of charge but annoying as hell).

The Teletubbies made us do it…
We totally failed at getting this delivered on time. In this week’s episode Mattias and Jill talk about all things work/life and caring for sick kids. “Vård av Barn”, the uniquely Swedish institution and the strife it can sometimes bring.

  • #1 Ask the Doctor – October
In our inaugural episode of “Ask the Doctor” we introduce you to Dr James… and we talk about seasonal ailments, preschool bugs and your questions that you sent in! If you’d like to know more about this feature, please head over to our “Ask the Doctor” page where you can read more about Dr James and the medical disclaimer. Thanks!
The irony is not lost on me that this is being released late because Stella is sick ?
We’re working on a transcription of the podcast, too.
