Angela is an actor, musician and comedic improviser. Her love of community led her to create and host, The Sydenham Arts Podcast! When she's not chatting 'all things Lewisham and beyond', she writes and performs her own comedy songs and co-runs Pinch Punch improv company.

Ellie Reeves is the Labour MP for Lewisham West and Penge, and has been an MP continuously since 8 June 2017. She has previously held the roles of Shadow Solicitor General and Shadow Justice Minister, and is currently the Labour Party’s Deputy National Campaign Co-ordinator.
Henna Bakhshi is a self-taught artist, painting art for change and art for healing. Inspired by her experiences as a second-generation immigrant and issues of social justice around the world. Henna strives to tell under-represented stories while creating an inclusive, open space for reflection and discussion.
Jack Duddy is owner of Leo Cafe, Vegan & Vegetarian Cafe based in Sydenham. Leo encourages people to come together through eating together, live music, poetry & talk groups. They host regular events such as Grief Club, a night for anyone suffering from any form of grief to come together and talk in a space with empathy and understanding, all lightened up with a homemade spread!
