This fall I'm releasing bonus episodes of The Take Home. No new lectures on leadership, instead I'm sharing the amazing podcasts created by the students in my Leadership for Sport Professionals class. Today's bonus episode features "Leadership with ME" produced and created by MJ Metz and Erin Farrow. In the podcast, MJ interviews Matt Malott, a Player Development Coach in the Detroit Tigers organization. His work with the young players at the Single A Lakeland Flying Tigers has provided him a unique perspective and has forced him to evolve his leadership philosophy. During the interview Matt describes his servant leadership philosophy and why good leaders should recognize that different situations call for different styles or approaches.
