My Wife and I used this Episode to introduce another show we will be doing! The new show will be our path to weight loss! We decided to share our experince as we start the Keto diet in hopes that you will not only follow us but join us! We will talk each week about our struggles, the ups and downs, and progress as we take on the hardships of following a diet that so many people fail at.
