I'm so excited to have my dear friend, Laura, on the podcast today!!

fun fact: when I was tuning into the new era of the podcast to see what wanted to be co-created, Laura was actually the very first person who came to mind!!

a couple years ago Laura left her job as a sous chef to start a career as an abstract artist

at this point, we know I'm obsessed with working with the flow of creation energy & who better to have on the podcast to talk about this than an artist?!

I've felt there are so many people feeling the nudge to use their voices more, especially for podcasting, videos like YouTube, etc!

here's what I gotta say:

the era of getting the nudge to start a podcast (or youtube) channel & waiting years + years to just do the dang thing… is over

the era of getting the ping to record a podcast episode & putting it off for "one day" in the future... is over

the era of writing down content ideas in & letting them sit there in your iPhone note purgatory til the end of time... is over

the era of drafting/recording content & never sharing it with the world... is over

!!!!!!!

we're in our tameless era... the world needs your messages, so stop suppressing the flow of your channel & just start sharing them!!!

let them be cringey, let them be messy, let them be soooo imperfect you kinda wanna die releasing it

someone (or many someones) need to receive what you gotta say, so stop blocking yourself & blocking them from the opportunity to hear what they needed to hear in what you wanted to share but didn't

this is your sign to just share the dang messages; every time you do, you change the world just a lil' bit & hellloooo that's kinda why you're here

months ago I had a realization about why things felt hard in my biz, why I didn't feel fully connected to what I was doing & why I didn't have clarity a lot of the time... I wasn't in alignment

sometimes things aren't "manifesting" for you because what you're focused on manifesting isn't meant for you; you're so focused on building, creating & manifest path A when path B is over there off to the side like "hey! this way! you're meant to be over here!"

you're misaligned with the path you're meant to be on

the truth is:

when you're in alignment, you don't have to try to manifest; things just happen

when you're in alignment, things don't feel hard; they actually feel easy, they just flow

when you're in alignment, you don't have to try to get clarity; you're clear in your connection & you just know where you're going, what decisions to make + action to take to get there

ok this has been wild!!!

I always talk about following the nudges of your soul & living in alignment who you really are + what you really want in this life, but I'm still a little shook

OF COURSE after everything shifted into alignment in my biz over these last couple of weeks with the launch of TAMELESS, unleashing my expression with almost-daily episodes on the podcast & just letting things be really freaking easy after over-complicating it for wayyyy too long, I'm receiving alll the divine confirmation that I'm on the right path

Dozens of messages from people telling me how much what I'm sharing is resonating, angel numbers literally everywhere & I feel so much more in my field, on the brink of showing up on my doorstep any moment

The Universe rewards alignment!!!

when you’re in alignment, things just flow

your channel flows

your creativity flows

your business flows

your content flows

your manifestations flow

when you’re in alignment, things just flow because there's nothing obstructing your connection with the source

you're connected with all that is; OF COURSE the flow of abundance is available to you, always.... you just gotta be aligned with YOU to allow it in

the message has been coming in again + again: time is just an illusion

when I used to hear this, I would think "yeah, but it's also very real; it's what humans use"

& then, over the last couple of months, I've started to experience things in my life that have me really feeling like time actually is just an illusion

the thing is, when you live fully in the present moment, you expand beyond all concept of time & the future dissolves into the now

you start to see that there really is no point in planning to do things in "the future" the only moment is now, so you're either building + creating the life you want to be living or you're creating another life, waiting for "one day" & "one day" might not ever come

in a world where messages are increasingly generated from AI, it’s more important than ever that we allow our channel to flow & share the messages on our heart with OUR own unique voice…

your voice can’t be replicated & that's what the world needs

I've been feeling major collective shifts with social media for some time

it feels like Life is asking us to express ourselves more fully, clearly & authentically (very on brand with the recent TAMELESS episodes!)

it's time to put our humans aside & just speak openly from our hearts without walls, hesitation or suppression

the truth is, your business is not social media & social media is not your business (unless you're getting monetized by the platform itself?)

social can be a supportive component for your business, but it doesn't have to be

social media might feel aligned for you & it might not... but you don't have to be on it... let's get that straight

you can have a business, attract clients + make money without being on social media

once we unravel this programming & start showing up to social media consciously, we can use it as a platform/ channel to spread our messages + frequency with the world

the likes, the comments, the saves, the DMs ARE NOT THE POINT... spreading the frequency through your messages IS

stop holding back, sticking to a strategy & saving your messages for *paid offers only* & just start showing up + speaking

just express yourself, share your messages & let your frequency be broadcasted out naturally

not only is this what contributes to changing the world, but also your energy can do the work for you & attract in similar frequencies (your tribe!) when your frequency is clearly broadcasting out (because you're no longer taming your expression, holding back what you want to say, or hesitating sharing too much)

& every time you do post on social media, you shift the frequency of the planet... the ripple effect is larger than you could even imagine

here's the truth, my love: doing things in your life for any reason other than it's what you fcking love is realllly crappy fuel... it won't keep you going for long

you'll eventually burn out, likely with the question on your heart "what am I doing? do I even want this for my life?"

all while the life you actually want to be living is put on the back burner, waiting for you to get off the path you've been moving down & re-align with what you actually want
