Having a lil heart-to-heart with you on the truth about starting new chapters. It's never as easy as it sounds.
The truth is, starting a new chapter requires closing out an old one... Letting go of what isn't serving you so that you can open up to something even better. Whether you feel "ready" to let go & move on, or you just know deep down & you make the decision on a leap of faith, trusting your heart to lead you.... orrrrr the Universe does the dirty work for you & rips it from you unexpectedly... The truth is, the more you evolve, the more things will fall away, & it never gets any easier.
This episode is extra close to my heart as this has been so fresh in my own personal experience of life lately. So much has been shifting & clearing out in all aspects of my life over the last couple of months... a big move, physical health detoxing, so many changes in my biz. & with it, a rollercoaster of unexplainable emotions. It's been an absolute rollercoaster, but also, a beautiful journey that's still in process.
I hope this episode resonates with you in some way — even better if it helps make your experience feel a little easier. & if you're in all the feels that inevitably comes with the process of letting go & starting a new chapter, I'm sending you the biggest hugs & loves. My DMs are open on IG if you're open to sharing your experience; I always love connecting with people about what's coming up in their human experience.
Lastly, if you're loving the podcast, I would be SO grateful if you rated/ reviewed it. 🥺 It really helps me reach new people who might also resonate with it! You da best.
In this episode, I share:
Why it can sometimes take us awhile to make big life decisions
How the Universe gives you divine confirmation or redirection to tell you whether the decision you're making is in alignment or not
The rollercoaster of emotions that comes with endings + new chapters & how to navigate it with more ease
Endings can impact us greatly & in more than one way because the person, place or thing that was released was connected to our sense of self in some way
Seeing endings as a spiritual experience in which you awaken to a new part of you that enters this new chapter
You don't know it, but if you've made a big change in your life, you've already started a new chapterMore info about working 1:1 with me can be found at https://bio.site/jess_stancil. DM me on IG with any q's 🤍
