Justin picks himself this week to go first, but that's okay because the game he's playing this week is the GameCube title, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. And even though there's very little platforming he manages to still struggle with it. He also played 'Lifeless Planet', I game he's talked about in the past. Next up is Brian who played Nom Nom Galaxy, Helldivers, N.O.V.A. III, and his issues with Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. Stephen hasn't been sober all week judging by all the empty alcohol bottles. But it's okay, he's kept it together just enough to discuss some of what is wrong with Paper Jam. Also, as I haven't mentioned yet, Anthony is out this week because of scheduling conflicts, but that's okay, Gary Hines is back and has a few games to talk about. Hand of Fate (a winner) for the Xbox One, Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition, and of course, Halo 5.

Here we are again, Stephen opens again and talks more Paper Jam. Brian also lends his thoughts. A lot of annoying things for what is a solid game. Brian goes next and Gone Home is his game this week. It leads him to shed some "manly" tears. Anthony plays more Wolfenstein and gives Dishonored a shot. Finally, Justin talks more Tomb Raider and is back on his Animal Crossing kick. He also slips back into SteamWorld.

It's happened again, Stephen leads off Under Your Thumb this week. He finally brings in a new game, Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. But it's his only game this week. Brian is up next, and he also got Paper Jam. Oh, and his famous "toilet-style games", Pocket Mortys. Justin's next and besides some brief Fallout 4 updates he is still in love with the new Tomb Raider game. Anthony ends it all with Wolfenstein: The Old Blood and Destiny: The Taken King. Just hearing the game's name leads Justin into an rant that can't be stopped. It's good.

Stephen opens again, this time with 100% less cough (almost). His game has yet to arrive, so he returns to Batman: Arkham Orgins Black Gate. He enjoys it, therefore it must be a shitty game. He also talks briefly about the iPhone game 'Lifeline'. Hey, it's free. Next Brian also returns to Assassin's Creed Syndicate and Adventure of Pip. However, what he really came here to talk about was Halo 5. And he definitely had something to say. Anthony talks about a game that isn't looked upon nicely on the podcast: Destiny. He also doesn't speak kindly of two of the other games he played this week as well: Grim Fandango and Gauntlet. Justin takes us home this week with Rise of The Tomb Raider, which once again gets nothing but positive comments.

Stephen’s got no games and is coughing incessantly this week. So, you’re welcome. Other than that exciting news, Justin returns and opens with, of course, some Fallout 4, and we learn he’s on his third playthrough. Shocking. He’s also making his way through the Gears Remaster. Anthony heads back to Smash Bros. for the Wii U to check out some of the DLC. He also shares some more thoughts on Xeonblades and then talks about a new game he is playing called ‘Tengami’. Brian ends it all with more Assassin's Creed and The Adventures of PiP, but saves a surprise game for last with Halo 5: Guardians.

It’s the day after Christmas and all through the house Justin’s puns were stirring but even he had enough. Stephen leads off with one “classic” game and one that was a surprise. First, Buck Bumble. Let’s just say, you’ll want to get your hands on this. Second, he pulls the trigger on Code Name S.T.E.A.M. Surprisingly, he kind of likes it. Justin then follows up, with surprise, surprise, Fallout 4. Anthony brings us back from the brink with more Bloodborne DLC that results in a broken controller. And Brian ends it all with a return to Super Mario Maker, Game of Thrones, and a game he got for Christmas, Assassin's Creed Syndicate.

A first for The Tangent, a morning podcast. Anthony begins with Xenoblade Chronicles X and then moves back into Bloodborne. Justin this week spends more time talking about the game he started last week, SteamWorld Heist, than he does Fallout 4. We’re all shocked. Stephen then talks a little PlayStation TV with Batman Arkham Origins: Blackgate, an odd entry into the series. Lastly, Brian wraps up with King’s Quest, Rocket League, and Leo’s Fortune. The four of us also briefly touch on our time playing the Tri force Heroes demo, before the beginning of the show. It’s as you would expect.
