Did God need help removing the stone?  No.  Yet He expected the people to join Him in His work.

It's not always possible, but we will rarely regret our preparation.

Do your "contents" match the label you wear?

If our empathy toward another leaves them comfortable in their sin, we’ve placed them above God. 

If God’s truth, love, and hope are to prevail, it will be God, and not us, who brings about the change of heart and mind.

Whatever you’ve done in the past, God wants you to know that you can be given a new name. 

Are you more interested in loving well or in protecting yourself against hurt?

Belief is indeed the saving point.  But it’s also the starting point. 

The work God wants from us is to believe in His faithfulness – for our eternity, and for every day in between.

He may not always grant our prayers, but He is always able to do more than we ask or imagine.
