In this dictation Saint Germain speaks with the group about how each individual can have an impact on the planet as a whole. He reminds us how embodying our God Qualities are the ways that we shine out in the world. He speaks about His own path, including His final embodiment as Francis Bacon, where He was denied His birthright, the throne of England. He speaks about overcoming challenges in life, and how He got through very hard times as well.

Saint Germain reminds us whatever we send out will come back to us through the law of attraction, whether that's anger, hatred, love or kindness.

The students asked questions about twin flames, eternal youth and immortality, what the ascension will mean for Earth as well.

At the end of the dictation, Beloved Portia and Omega came to bless one of the students on her birthday and to share about the what it is to be the embodiment of the Mother.

This episode begins with Mary sharing some of her personal story, and then gives a history and teaching of who Lord Maitreya is. He is the Lord of World, and is considered the most highly evolved being associated with the planet. Every single person on this planet has a thread of light from our Hearts, to His, where He is feeding us loving kindness 24/7.

The dictation begins at 10:30.

In this dictation, Lord Maitreya speaks on loving-kindness as the essential force guiding humanity back into enlightenment and the arriving Golden Age. He reveals how the I AM Presence, when united with the heart of compassion and wisdom, restores clarity, freedom, and true spiritual mastery. Through teachings on karma, ascension, and the Christ consciousness, Maitreya reminds us that each soul is here by choice — not to be saved, but to be the saving presence through love in action. This message is both a remembrance and a call to action: to live heaven on Earth, one awakened heart at a time.

Saint Germain returns to discuss managing bad moods through the violet flame and positive distractions. Students ask questions about the origins of evil on Earth, the role of the Anunnaki, and the impact of the fall in the Heaven world on the planet's evolution.

In this dictation, Saint Germain explains why the planet feels so heavy at this moment and why those who are awakening now chose to be here. He teaches the ancient story of Sanat Kumara, the 144,000, and the Threefold Flame—revealing how humanity was rescued from total darkness and why light-bearers incarnated to help restore balance. Saint Germain offers practical guidance on navigating dense energies, protecting one’s light, practicing true self-care, and understanding the sacred guru–chela relationship as a living exchange of support and upliftment. This dictation is both a remembrance of ancient purpose and a compassionate manual for staying steady, luminous, and sovereign during a time of planetary transformation. Mary reads from a book called "The Legend of The Ancient of Days", which tells Sanat Kumara's story in beautiful prose.

Saint Germain introduces in this episode one of the central tenets to his teachings for the Golden Age. You are a God or Goddess in the making. He describes that we are all made in the image and likeness of God, which means, that we possess the same qualities of God, love, kindness, compassion, healing, wisdom and so forth. Everyone has specific God-qualities that they are here to master, and getting in touch with those is how you become a God or Goddess. Saint Germain teaches how to catch yourself in the ego, and how to know when you're not in your God-Self.

The discussion also touches on the concept of duality in the human belief systems, the prophecy of a Golden Age where evil is removed, and Earth's destiny to become a Freedom Star, complementing Venus as the Love Star. Saint Germain emphasizes the importance of getting to know our God and Goddess qualities, which will also raise the planet's vibration and lift Earth into the Golden Age.
