I thought you should know a little about me and my fake hips and my optimism. I also talk about my Quarantine Experience (QE) which includes adopting a 2 year old and being laid off from two jobs.

Hi there, I started a podcast. I listen to one almost every day so I figure rather than continue to dream about it, I should make it happen. So now we’re here.

This is the Team Meeting Podcast and I’m Tauralynn your host. I know everyone is tired of the zoom meetings. Ok so many of you probably hate meetings, I get it.  But, the Team Meeting is a podcast where we meet weekly to Learn Laugh and Grow together. This not like the boring work meetings you’ve been attending via zoom or the meetings you had in person before COVID. We don’t waste time, we work on our assigned action items and we laugh, a lot.  Our agenda is work life, running a business, overcoming injuries, relationships, parenting, or choosing not to parent. All the things that concern in you, that’s what we put on the agenda. And we use action items to build our endurance, so we can grow.

I”ll use my 20 years of experience in corporate America leading large groups and hosting meetings, some good ones and some very bad ones to create an agenda and action items to add value to your life. I think we could all use that right now.

Who is this podcast for?

Anyone who’s interested in working through their messy life challenges and laughing along the way, this podcast is for you.

I’ll use stories from my life for our agendas like the the fact that I unexpectedly left corporate America after 20 years. Thank you COVID.

I know what its like to grieve the loss of someone you love, we will talk about the aftermath of that. 

There are lessons I learned from  overcoming bi lateral hip replacements to become a certified cycle instructor. I love adding resistance. 

Or the fact that for 20 plus years I wanted a family and cried about not having one. I then became a foster parent to several children and then adopted my first child and a single woman, in my 40s during the pandemic via a zoom meeting.  

Oh and I will share my experience with financial failure, I filed bankruptcy and I have plenty of lessons to share so you can learn from me and laugh.
