I've been in open relationships before, and yet always ended up shaming myself for choosing this style of relating because it goes against societal conditioning.Open relating can be judged by society as 'afraid of love' 'unable to commit." And so I chose monogamy, over and over again.
Yet I've decided to reclaim both my bisexuality, and my desire to open relate to experience liberated love. And I want to share this journey with you. Ep 25: On New Year's Eve 2020-2021 during a 7 day Ayahuasca ceremony in Mexico, I received a message - loud and clear. "Leave social media Holly."

I'm in the middle of nowhere, nomading across the country, isolated during a global pandemic, after dissolving my life as I knew it.

"How will I be seen? How will I connect with others? How will I share my voice + mission." "Trust...Trust...Trust." mama Ayahuasca whispered to me.

And so I left. Over the last year and half, I've been initiated in the deepest levels of trust and presence and now embody these as my highest values. 

My life has completely transformed in magical + mysterious ways, and being off social media is a core piece of my transformation.

Ep 24: A goal is something you desire to experience or accomplish in the future. It's usually measurable, and has a very clear 'yes' or 'no' when you decide wether or not you've achieved it. The main goal in sex, wether with ourselves or with a partner, is orgasm. Did I achieve an orgasm? Did my partner achieve an orgasm? If yes, great - we did good! If no, a feeling of disappointment and failure sweeps the body and bruises the ego. Well what about the rest of the entire sexual experience? Wether or not the goal of orgasm was 'achieved', what about the sheer pleasure + delight of touch, sensations, and love? Is that not enough? My invitation to you today, is to remove the goal from sex, and instead, focus on the intention. And what's the intention? Pleasure.
