The New York Knicks demands the conversation and I've got questions; both humorous and likely a topic on tomorrow's sports talk show of your choice should basketball be brought up.
I mean Saturday Night Live wasn't a thing the last time they won. Lorne hadn't spoken it into existence; like finalizing the sample cuts for the latest Snakes Shakedown segment.

I want to talk about the psychopath kids roaming Citi's outfield, but there's so much to say and only so many characters in a group chat before your friends ask you to leave.
So why not ramble off the highway and talk about a play I'll see for the rest of my life; why everyone gets kicked in the teeth and shout out to Joey B - my man for life!

There are times to discuss how the gifted who skyrocket to success are lucky to stay alive and enjoy it. No, instead we'll talk about the same things we would talk about - the NHL Playoffs? Children's singing habits?
We'll talk about the Knicks again because it's front page, top of fold for the next week. We'll also wonder about what holding the fort and if it will be enough. And probably something about watching kids in the outfield.

This will include things that were, things that are, and some things that have not yet come to pass. I don't pass on a chance to talk about the Knicks in the NBA Finals as someone with no allegiance, only a youthful experience near the epicenter of it all.
It ain't all good and that's the truth, but why can't it be? I've seen the Skywalkers since I was a kid. In fact, I felt like they aimed a lot of their toys at people like me. And that Return of the Jedi toy my mom stashed away in 1984 never got me nothing!

Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start of a lot of things. Some say summer. Others say it's a critical point for MLB teams. Others dare to say the season has had a lot of plays that look like kids playing after school.
After school is out, teachers take well-earned vacations so our resident higher learner is away. Or he could just not want to talk to me, which is understandable. But he wouldn't do that to Scott, right? Right?

Review. Remorse. Only a few letters; a few wiggly lines. A few ground balls with eyes and maybe this two-month check in with Josh Sarfity wouldn't feel so sad. And I just watched my daughter's graduation!
I did, but that's no excuse to not pick apart and vent about what we can when it comes to the Orange and Blue. Speaking of which...

A proud Xennial who grew up with blue and red lasers that never seemed to strike; many things are quickly reminding me that I have aged enough for my childhood to be on display. Just not like I thought it would be.
We watched the cartoons and played with the toys that were based off the cartoons with characters that were like the toys we played with. We imagined stories. Maybe even filmed them with heavyweight VHS Camcorders. But to see these stories become real has been...

There once was a meeting that was scheduled before...Something, something, Lady Eleanor. It might be Darkside on a different day. But not this day. On this day, we bathe in the Chase Field pool celebrating a Serpientes series win.
We bounce away to talk comedy and sitcoms before returning to gambling like good American consumers. Like the consumer, I too was misled and I relate a follow up to a justice of sorts.

A quorum about the Rap Debut Album Tournament (RDAT); A fictional invention from seven years ago essentially working backwards from the statement - Illmatic by Nas is the greatest rookie rap album.
Tonight is a chance to review and discuss the 2018 tournament's creation, invitations and the selection committee's bracket choices. Previous guests get a chance to say all that they've found wrong, what makes it right and what to look forward to.

A rambling wreck staring at the bricks of Georgia Tech, I expound alone about what I've discovered underneath the foil, behind the current and down here with Pennywise, where we all float.
I float around the ideas that formed after a little sip from a red cup. Or was it blue? All I know is the bad start, while not ideal, was all in the grand plan. All part of an elaborate scheme taking place in plain sight. But unlike the corkboard behind the detective, I'm here to tell you about it before you drop your cup.
