This Book Could Save your Life charts the aftermath of the suicide of Ben's younger brother Sam who took his own life. 

Ben West is a pioneering campaigner,  who works  to help people suffering from mental health issues.

After reading Ben West's Book - "This Book Could Save your Life" I felt  inspired and motivated. 

I Had been hit by the full  tragedy earlier this year, when  I  had lost my nephew, Lucas,  who  took his own life in February 2022,

Carol Drinkwater is an Actor and Author whose career has spanned decades, from having parts in the iconic A Clockwork Orange to filming with Hugh Grant and Alan Rickman in an Awfully Big Adventure, Carol has entertained us from an early age.
