Some have reported shadow animals, insects, and a strange types of "smoke" apparitions. The unsettling thing is people most often feel threatened or extreme anxiety during these experiences. The most terrifying of these shadow beings seems to be "The Hat Man" - a negative shadow being who is always reported wearing a hat.
