Thanksgiving is, funny enough, my running anniversary. That's why just about every year since starting this podcast, I've hopped on here to talk.

This year is a really, really tough year. And I keep thinking about this piece I used to do in college from a play called The Guys by Anne Nelson. The play is about a journalist who helps a fire captain, Nick, as he has to write tons of eulogies for fallen firefighters.

But, this year, so many people are hurting. So many are going to have to have their first Thanksgiving after losing a loved one.

This year has been really, really difficult and if you're looking for someone to cry with, well, let's cry together.
