Every single person on this planet has insecurities. Things they don’t like about themselves or attributes of others we long to have. It doesn’t matter what that flaw is, what is important is how we react to them and use them to our advantage.
No matter what you are going through, there is always a positive way to look at it and a chance to share your journey and inspire others who are struggling as well to make positive shifts in their life as well.
Today I chat with Julia Hunt who was born with Club Foot and eventually developed anxiety as she grew up dealing with her disability and all the traumas that came with it. Instead of letting anxiety rule her life, Julia has made it her mission to normalise anxiety and break the stigma on mental illness and disabilities worldwide with her positive attitude and complete honesty about her life.
In this episode we discuss:
How anxiety affects Julia’s day to day life and what she does to cope
The stigma around mental illness and the need for more conversation and change in the world
What it is like being born and growing up with a disability
And so much more!
