Today on the Podcast I am joined by a beautiful past client Renae ONeill with is a Life & Business Coach for mums but todays ep isn’t just for the mammas out there - we have a deep dive into what it means to be an overall productive entrepreneur.

 

Our conversation starts on the topic of business coaches and the role of life experience when it comes to working with clients.  We chat about how experiencing the highs and lows of business and how that can equip you with the tools to be a great mentor and role model when working in the space.

 

We also spoke about the power of mindset in business and how having a growth mindset ripples into everything you do in your work.  Being focused on the positives and clear on what you need to do helps take the pressure off expectations - especially when it comes to social media.

 

I also asked Renae to share some of the challenges mums in business face, which can parallel a lot of scenarios we balance as we are starting or growing a business (part time work, study etc) and how we can actually implement tools to find space to not only get work done, but be productive too.  Sometimes we don’t even know where to begin and Renae provides some really simple but super effective tips to help you make the most of your small amount of time.

We are back for 2023 with the podcast and we are starting with a BANG!

 

Today I am joined by the amazing Christina Harvey who is a Multi 6 Figure Business and Mindset Mentor and someone who has had a deep impact in my world in a very short amount of time.

 

Anyone that lands on Christina’s Instagram will immediately know she isn’t here to play.  She is here to do big things and shift the way we treat ourselves and our business.  After watching her skyrocket the last few months, earning 6 figures in her first year coaching, I knew I had to get her on the podcast.

Today I am so excited to welcome Dr Sarah Coxon to the podcast - this episode is going to blow your mind!

 

An archaeologist turned author, priestess, integrative somatic healer, inner alchemy witch, business strategist and regenerative guide, Sarah has been a breath of fresh air in my entrepreneurial journey and I can’t wait to share her knowledge with you!

Welcome back to a new season of podcast interviews with the people who are shifting my reality online!

 

Today we are joined by whole life mentor, writer and speaker Brittany Eastman who is someone I have been admiring personally for months.  A beautiful writer and creative, I have been dying to pick Britt’s brain on how she comes up with her incredible offering ideas and what showing up online means to her.

 

We spoke in depth about how your humanness and business can co exist on the online space.  I think sometimes we are afraid that showing who we really are devalues our work but Brit provides a beautiful perspective, a permission slip almost, to trust that being yourself is the best branding strategy, period.

 

Brit also spoke to her creativity process and how living a fully enriched human experience can inspire you in business.  The two weave in and out of each other, one doesn’t have to come at the cost of the other.  In a work where we are told to post more, hack the algorithm and hustle, this conversation almost flips that idea on its head.  Less is more, intentionality over quantity, being a human over perfectly curated.

 

This episode will make you think outside the box when it comes to business and how you show up both online and in your business.  We don’t have to do life or business the cookie cutter way.  Lean in and trust your instincts, go deep instead of wide and trust your people are dying to hear from you.  They are here, they are waiting for you.
