Today on the podcast I am joined by Georgia Smirk who is an energy healer, focusing on Shamanic Energy Medicine & spinal energetics and today was a deep look into this work, the power of our own bodies and ultimately how we can become our own healers.

 

Inspired by Georgia’s super interesting reels on social media, I was desperate to have a chat with her and understand on a deeper level how these modalities work.  As spiritual practices become more ‘mainstream’ I was intrigued to pick Georgia’s brain, as she has been practicing for 10 years, on what energy work looks like how it can work for almost everyone.

 

Georgia shared her journey from starting in the corporate world, to really listening to her intuition and following the spiritual path, to being a completely booked out practitioner, sometimes months in advance.  What drew me to Georgia was how booked she was in this work and we explored why people keep coming back, and how she stays grounded working with so many people.

 

We also spoke about what it is like to run a business when you are in a more spiritual space. How to balance the work and growing your business.  Georgia has some great advice (and an exciting announcement) for any up and coming energy workers.

Today on the podcast I am chatting with Breanne Burke who is the creator of ‘The Confident Formula’ and the founder of Confident Mindset Accelerator. Her mission is to help women heal their internal struggles, let go of their past and gain unshakeable self-confidence.

 

With a bio like that, I knew I had to dig deep on a topic that seems surface level but undoubtably something we all struggle with, confidence.  Such a relatable topic that so many of us deal with in many different areas, today Breanne and I go deep on what confidence means and how it can play out negatively in our lives.  From social media, to our personal lives and even business, a lack of confidence can dictate our entire reality.

Today on the Podcast I am joined by Jacqui Toumbas who is a bit of legend here in Brissy if I do say so myself hehe

Former owner of Miss Bliss and now a Nutritionist, Cook and Food / Hospitality Consultant, she has trail blazed her way through the hospitality space and created a strong and relatable brand online.

 

I initially wanted to get Jacqui on the podcast because I was interested in her business journey.  Starting a very well known superfood cafe and then selling it - I wanted to pick Jacqui’s brain on what it felt like to move on from a business you created from the ground up.  We spoke a lot about the identity shift on moving on from one career and transitioning into her consulting and content creation business.  Jacqui shared her struggles with imposter syndrome and how she found the courage to just lean into her strengths.

Today on the podcast I joined by the beautiful Carlie Jade who is a tantric hypnotherapist who helps women become more embodied in their life and work.

 

I mentioned to Carlie on this podcast I knew I had to have her on because quite frankly, her content triggered me.  Her ability to be so free on her social media activated something within myself and I wanted to explore that - so here we are!

 

Today Carlie shares her journey into this work and how going through her own personal struggles has made her perfect for the work she does and how she can connect deeper with her clients.  She talks us through what tantra really means and breaks down some of the misconceptions that have been placed on the practice.

 

We also spoke about how as women we can become numb, especially in business where a lot of our trauma can be brought to the surface.  Things that happened to us as kids can come back and play out in patterns as adults and if we don’t have the tools to hold us through it, it can feel really confusing navigating your emotions.  Carlie talks us through what embodiment is and how to start practicing it to move through your emotions and begin to heal.

 

We also spoke about how to balance the feminine aspects of ourselves in business.  How to let go of hustle culture and instead be in devotion to our lives work.  How we can play between our masculine and feminine and enjoy all aspects of business, in a way that feels good for us!
