Nervous system regulation is so trendy these days. There are so many hacks, programs, courses, memberships, and influencers talking about it... and rightfully so!  Having a regulated nervous system changes the way our bodies function, how we perceive the world, how we think, feel, act, digest, create, interact with others, and even our internal self-talk.

Yet for so many, feeling "regulated" or having the skills to "self-regulate" feels like something you might see on instagram but can't actually integrate into real day-to-day life.

...Which is why I want to talk more about some of the SIMPLEST and most effective ways I've found to shift out of constant panic + hypervigilance to find moments of peace, calm, openness, curiosity, and SAFETY.
