Justin Amash ruffled a lot of feathers when he shared his principal conclusions regarding the Mueller Report. He said that President Donald Trump displayed impeachable conduct, citing examples of what he interpreted as obstruction of justice. Amash has gotten plenty of backlash from Trump and other Republicans, and will likely face a primary challenger ahead of the 2020 election. He put principle over party, in this case, principle over Trump.

Kyle Wagner joins Killian this week to discuss the one and only Ludwig Von Mises and the importance of political action and free markets. And no, this one doesn't become the ancap vs minarchist debate.

Caitlin, Matthew, and Matt discuss everyone's favorite topic to hate, abortion. Pro-life or pro-choice, is it really that simple? Not exactly. Moral and political positions can be different, and for good reason. We talk about bad arguments used on both sides, real world solutions, and the overwhelming evidence to support that legislative bans don't work.

William Gadsden is back from his time away and he's bringing back video content to Liberty Bytes. Hop over to YouTube for the video - stick around here for the normal podcast.

This week we're talking about the constitution and enforcement. There are people within the liberty movement and those without that say the constitution doesn't work or "if it worked right ... we wouldn't be having these problems ..."
That's where the issues of enforcement and implied powers comes into play.

The abortion issue is back in the news, after Alabama passed one of the most restrictive laws in the country. The attempts at protests have been ridiculous, to put it lightly. A model posed nude as a way to direct her protest at men. Alyssa Milano proposed that women should go on a sex strike. People are shouting at each other and lost in all the chaos is a solution to the abortion issue. Can everyone just stop and listen? Seriously.

Caitlin, Lonie, and Chris talk about Aliens, Chem-trails, and the Mandela Effect. Is there anything to these conspiracy theories or are they just crazy?

Facing what is sure to be a bitterly partisan election for President in 2020, it's time to seriously consider a legitimate national campaign for an old Libertarian Party favorite.

This week, Mike looks at a "far out" piece of legislation that was approved in Denver. The Mile High City is the first in the US to decriminalize the possession and use of psychedelic mushrooms. Along with this, he talks about some of the medical benefits in using psilocybin, the compound found in mushrooms. He also rants about a man banned from Wrigley Field in Chicago for playing the circle game on camera.
