Doug and Elise are the owners and operators of Lions Pride Barbell and Fitness and Lioness. Each is a 24/7 gym with different focuses: Lions Pride Barbell and Fitness are focused on powerlifting, strongman, and bodybuilding and Lioness is a women's only fitness center for all women that just want a safe, positive, and fun environment for themselves.

Doug has two world records in his deadlift and several state and national records in powerlifting and Elise has several state records in powerlifting. We were high school sweethearts that competed together and just enjoy being able to provide our communities with great places to train.
